4. Registration and Account

To enroll in our training programs, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are one-time payments and include the full training program as described.

5.2 Payment

Payment is required before the commencement of training. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund:

• Provide your enrollment details and reason for refund request
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

After 14 days or after 50% of the training program has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to instructor unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative times.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any specific SEO results or rankings will be achieved

While we strive to provide high-quality training, SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and your implementation of the strategies taught.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOOFFT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
